Because of the support I was provided, I was able to pursue opportunities at companies that were previously not available to me due to financial barriers. During my internship, I was able to thrive and focus on learning rather than worrying about making ends meet. Not only did I learn a great deal about business and healthcare, but I also learned so much about myself, my sense of purpose, and my motivators.
