Microsoft Teams Phone Roll-out 
We are very pleased to announce that Berea College is launching Microsoft Teams Phone. This modern calling solution gives you all the convenience of calls without disrupting the flow of your work.
Teams meetings and one-click voice and video calls don’t change. But now, you’ll get a variety of new capabilities. With Teams Phone, you can call landlines and mobile phones from Teams &#8211; and receive them too. Transfer and delegate calls, or place them on hold. You can even switch calls between Teams on your desktop and Teams on your mobile device.

NEW myBerea portal 
We’re thrilled to introduce myBerea, launching soon!  A new platform created to streamline and enhance your digital campus experience. myBerea is role-based, meaning the content you see is tailored specifically to your role &#8211; whether you&#8217;re a student, faculty, or staff member. It’s also mobile responsive, so you can access your personalized dashboard anytime, anywhere, from any device. Best of all, it pulls in real-time data unique to you, giving you quick access to the tools and information that matter most.

New Features & Announcements

In order to maintain security and stability, we regularly perform maintenance on the systems and services that Berea College owns. Below is the schedule of times when regular maintenance may be performed during the College operating calendar. Please be aware that emergency maintenance may be performed outside of these windows or on College holidays, but will generally be announced campus-wide.
During these maintenance service windows, services impacted may be degraded or unavailable.
Please note that no additional notices will be sent for any scheduled routine maintenance windows; however, if any scheduled work exceeds the window, a follow-up notice will be sent by individual groups responsible for the service.  The best option is to check with the <a href="mailto:help_desk@berea.edu">Helpdesk</a> if you have any questions or concerns.

<li>Banner: 1:00 – 3:00 AM, Tuesday – Saturday.</li>
<li>BDM: 1:00 – 3:00 AM, Tuesday – Saturday.</li>
<li>Argos: 1:00 – 3:00 AM, Tuesday – Saturday.</li>
<li>MyBerea portal functionality: 1:00 – 3:00 AM, Tuesday – Saturday.</li>
<li>All of the following services: 1:30 to 6:30 AM, Every Thursday:
